Meet the Team

Kelsey Yale, LICSW, C-DBT, ADHD-CCSP

Kelsey Yale (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a master’s degree from the University of Washington with a concentration in Community-Centered Integrative Practice. Her unique approach offers task-oriented activities and interventions by helping her clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills. At the core of Kelsey’s work is her belief that clients deserve space for meaningful self-reflection where individuals can feel heard and validated without judgment. She also enjoys working with individuals across the neurodiverse spectrum, specifically clients who are processing trauma, diagnosed with personality disorders, and those struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harming behaviors. Kelsey moved to Minnesota from Seattle, Washington where she previously worked in crisis-based mental health services.

Kelsey enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her dog Ziik. Historically she was not interested in water sports, but now living in a “Land of Lakes” she is excited to try new things.

Kelsey is not accepting new clients at this time.
